Delivery & Returns

Delivery-
Each order is packaged carefully and shipped via USPS. Since some of our items are individually handmade, please allow approximately 3-5 days before it is shipped.


Returns-
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if there are any issues. For the Bridesmaids!

I can’t say enough good things about the Southern Oyster Company! Their products and customer service are amazing! My daughter was looking for earrings to give as a gift to her bridesmaids for them to wear on her wedding day. She discovered their Bow and Pearl design pretty early in her hunt. However, when we would go to purchase them I could only get three pair in the cart. My daughter would continue her search but was never satisfied with any other earrings after discovering these. I told her I would reach out to SOC to ask if there were only three pair available. But, in all honesty, based on the customer service I had been receiving — or better yet, not receiving— from other companies/vendors with whom I had been dealing, my hopes were not high. However, I was pleasantly surprised when a response came within 24 hours. It was as I suspected and there were only three pair available, but, they offered to make more to fill my order and get them to me in plenty of time for the wedding. The earrings came and they were even more beautiful in person. All of the bridesmaids absolutely loved them and said they would be wearing them again and again! I loved them so much I ordered my earrings for the wedding day from them as well!
