Here’s a few simple tips to care for your SOCO jewelry.
To clean jewelry use a dry clean cloth to remove any dust or dirt. Avoid exposure to water, as minerals and chemicals in tap water, pools, saunas, and beaches can cause quick oxidation.
Delivery-
Each order is packaged carefully and shipped via USPS. Since some of our items are individually handmade, please allow approximately 3-5 days before it is shipped.
Returns-
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if there are any issues. If any product is damaged or breaks we will gladly send a replacement if it is within two weeks of the purchase date.
